The system is certified by Keinath for use in ESD sensitive environments and approved by TÜV for use in EX-Zone 1 explosion group IIB industrial processes only when used with Kimtech™ Wipes. An airtight wiping system with removable lid for convenient refilling and separate centrefeed lid for easy dispensing of sheets to control usage. It is designed for use with pre-soaked wiper rolls in ESD-sensitive and explosion risk areas where ungrounded wet-wiping dispensing solutions can lead to damage of components and risk of explosion. The fully integrated wet-wiping system enables control of the right base sheet and solvent for specific processes. The first ESD-safe wet-wiping system, for use with even the most high risk solvents. Featuring a durable handle and hand grip the bucket has a transport lock allowing for off-site preparation to improve in-facility health and safety; electrostatic grounding via two attachment areas for grounding devices when required; a choice of inserts for easier dispensing and a visual management system for contents identification.
