Description

Tb-markierte speziesspezifische Sekundärantikörper sind in der LanthaScreen™ Toolbox mit Assay-Reagenzien verfügbar und sollen die Entwicklung von Assays in verschiedenen Zielklassen und Assay-Formaten erleichtern.

To facilitate in-house assay development around multiple target classes and assay formats, Tb-labeled species-specific secondary antibodies are available within the LanthaScreen™ Toolbox of assay reagents. Tb-labeled secondary antibodies bind to their corresponding species IgG with low nanomolar apparent Kd's, and show negligible cross reactivity with IgG's from other species. Each Tb-labeled anti-species antibody is provided with a corresponding fluorescein-labeled IgG as a positive control.

In a kinase assay utilizing the Tb-labeled antibody generic reagent, anti-phosphopeptide primary antibody is not labeled and the detection step is performed by the addition of the Tb-labeled secondary antibody. This approach can be applied to other target classes and assay formats.

Um die Entwicklung von Assays in verschiedenen Zielklassen und Assay-Formaten zu erleichtern, sind in der LanthaScreen® Toolbox von Assay-Reagenzien Tb-markierte speziesspezifische Sekundärantikörper verfügbar. Tb-markierte Sekundärantikörper binden an ihre entsprechenden Spezies IgG mit niedrigen nanomolaren apparenten Kds und zeigen eine vernachlässigbare Kreuzreaktivität mit IgG's anderer Spezies. Jeder Tb-markierte Anti-Spezies-Antikörper wird mit einem entsprechenden Fluorescein-markierten IgG als Positivkontrolle versehen.

In einem Kinase-Assay, der das generische Reagenz mit dem Tb-markierten Antikörper verwendet, wird der Primärantikörper gegen Phosphopeptid nicht markiert, und der Nachweisschritt wird durch Zugabe des Tb-markierten Sekundärantikörpers durchgeführt. Dieser Ansatz kann auf andere Zielklassen und Assay-Formate angewendet werden.
