It is also employed as an additive of polymer, paints and lubricating oil. Also used as a surfactant and auxiliary for making printing ink, rubber flux and cosmetics(including shampoo).

Anwendungen
Wird hauptsächlich als Zwischenprodukt für Arzneimittel, Agrochemikalien und organische Synthese verwendet. Wird als Rohstoff für Parfüme, Modifikator und Lösungsmittel von Kunststoffen verwendet. Zudem Verwendung als Zusatzstoff für Polymere, Farben und Schmieröle. Weitere Verwendungen als Tensid und Hilfsmittel für die Herstellung von Druckfarben, Gummis und Kosmetika (einschließlich Shampoo).
