Eine Methionin/Cholin-defiziente Pelletdiät wird verwendet, um die Induktion der nichtalkoholischen Steatohepatitis in experimentellen Modellen und deren Entwicklungswege zu untersuchen.

  • Nichtalkoholische Steatohepatitis (NASH) wurde durch eine Methionin/Cholin-Mangel-Diät (MCD-Diät) bei Mäusen über einen Zeitraum von bis zu 5 Wochen induziert
  • NASH ist eine Erkrankung mit hoher Inzidenz, schwieriger Diagnose und bisher noch keiner wirksamen Behandlung.
  • Die MCD-Diät wird also verwendet, um die Induktion der nichtalkoholischen Steatohepatitis in experimentellen Modellen und ihre Entwicklungswege zu untersuchen.
