Betrieb in 4 unabhängigen Modi möglich:

  • Zentrifuge - Max. 3500 RPM
  • Vortex - bis zu 5 Minuten.
  • Zentrifuge/Wirbel – Kombination zweier Bewegungsarten
  • Spin-Mix-Spin-Algorithmus – bis zu 10 Zyklen

Der Spin-Mix-Spin-Algorithmus (SMS-Algorithmus) ist so konzipiert, dass er Mikrovolumina an Reagenzien am Boden der PCR-Plattenröhrchen sammelt (erste Zentrifugation oder Spin), dann durch Vortexen (Mischen) und erneutes Sammeln (wiederholter Spin) von den Wänden und dem Deckel.
