Der speziell verpackte Alexa Fluor 647 Farbstoff ist kompatibel mit per Aminoallyl-dUTP bzw. Aminoallyl UTP modifizierten Nukleotiden sowie mit den meisten handelsüblichen auf Aminoallyl basierenden Markierungskits. Zur Verwendung mit Aminoallyl-Kennzeichnungsmethoden.
