N-2 Supplement (100x)

Gibco N-2 Supplement is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement based on Bottenstein's N-1 formulation, containing optimized concentrations of insulin, iron-rich holo-transferrin, progesterone, putrescine, and selenite. N-2 Supplement is recommended for growth and expression of neuroblastomas and neural cells in primary cultures from both the peripheral nervous system (PNS) and the central nervous system (CNS).

N-2 Supplement ist ein chemisch definierter serumfreier Ergänzungsstoff, der auf Bottensteins N-1-Formulierung beruht.

N-2 Supplement wird für das Wachstum und die Expression von Neuroblastomen sowie post-mitotischen Neuronen in primären Zellkulturen des peripheren Nervensystems (PNS) und des Zentralnervensystems (ZNS) empfohlen. N-2 Supplement kann als Ersatz für Bottensteins N-1-Formulierung verwendet werden. N-2 Supplement wird als 100x-Konzentrat geliefert.

N-2 Supplement kann mit Neurobasal™ Medien, die mit Wachstumsfaktoren wie bFGF und EGF ergänzt wurden, oder mit DMEM verwendet werden.
