Beschreibung
Fenofibrate was formulated with n-butyl L-lactate, Tween 80, and a number of cosurfactants, diluted with the water phase (either water or saccharidesolution) and then subjected to a freeze-drying (FD) process to obtain SMEPMS nanosized.

Fenofibrat wurde mit n-Butyl L-Lactat, Tween 80 und einer Reihe von Cosurfactanten formuliert, mit der Wasserphase (entweder Wasser oder Saccharidlösung) verdünnt und anschließend einem Gefriertrocknungsprozess unterzogen, um SMEPMS in Nanogröße zu erhalten.

Löslich in Alkohol und Wasser (42 g/l bei 25 °C).
Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten.
