NP40 Cell Lysis Buffer is suitable for the preparation of cell extracts to be analyzed by Antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA, and Western blotting. It can also be used as a wash buffer for immunoprecipitation reactions.

Anwendungen
NP40 Cell Lysis Buffer ist für die Präparation von Zellextrakten geeignet, die mit dem Antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA und Western Blotting analysiert werden. Er kann auch als Waschpuffer für Immunpräzipitationsreaktionen verwendet werden.

Dieser Puffer enthält: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 1 %NP-40 und 5 mM EDTA. Inkubieren Sie die Zellen in 5 Puffervolumen auf Eis für 10 – 30 Minuten.
