Description
NucleoSpin™ Gel and PCR Clean-up is designed for fast purification of PCR products, such as DNA from enzymatic reactions, as well as the extraction of DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gels.
- Two applications in one kit—One buffer to process both sample types, with only one loading step
- High recovery for fragments down to 50 bp—Average recovery from 60–90%
- Minimized elution volume of 15μL—Highly concentrated DNA
- Binding buffer with pH indicator—Ensures optimal binding conditions
- Separate buffers for single stranded DNA and RNA or for SDS-containing samples available separately
- Suitable for all kinds of agarose gels and a variety of buffer systems (e.g. TAE, TBE)
- Complete removal of contaminations: nucleotides, primers, enzymes, mineral oil, PCR additives, detergents, dyes
- Applications: purification of PCR products, extraction of DNA from agarose or polyacrylamide gels, and downstream applications (cloning, sequencing, PCR, restriction analysis)
