Beschreibung

Indicator for complexometric titration of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba. It is used as an alkaline earth metal ion indicator. Suggested to be colorless at pH 11, but turns pink in the presence of alkaline earth metals. Also utilized in an auto analyzer to determine serum calcium.

Anwendungen
Indikator für die komplexe Titration von Mg, Ca, Sr und Ba. Wird als Alkali-Metall-Ionen-Indikator verwendet. Bei pH-Wert 11 farblos, wird jedoch bei Vorhandensein von Erdalkalimetallen rosa. Wird auch in einem automatischen Analysator verwendet, um Serumcalcium zu bestimmen.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in NaOH (50 mg/ml), wässrigem Ammoniak und organischen Lösungsmitteln. Nicht in Wasser löslich.

Hinweise
Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten. Behälter dicht verschlossen lassen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern.
