Anwendungen
Oxalessigsäure wird als metabolisches Zwischenprodukt in vielen Prozessen verwendet, die bei Tieren und im Zitronensäurezyklus auftreten. Wird zur Umwandlung in Asparaginsäure durch Aspartat-Transaminase verwendet.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (0.1 g/ml), Äther, Ethanol, Aceton und Aceton Ethylacetat.

Hinweise
Kühl und trocken in dicht verschlossenen Behältern lagern. Mit guter Belüftung. Nicht in der Nähe von Hitze und Oxidationsmitteln lagern.
