Selectively enrich and isolate Listeria spp. from food and environmental samples with Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ Fraser Broth (Dehydrated). The medium is intended for the isolation of Listeria as detailed in ISO11290-1:2017 Horizontal method for the detection and enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes and of Listeria spp.
Listeria monocytogenes ist die am häufigsten vorkommende pathogene Listeria spp. und ist nachweislich pathogen für Menschen und Tiere. Das Nährmedium ist für die Isolierung von Listeria gemäß ISO11290-1:2017 Horizontales Verfahren für den Nachweis und die Zählung von Listeria monocytogenes und von Listeria spp. bestimmt.
