Poloxamer is a non-ionic detergent that protects cells from hydrodynamic damage. It can be also used for in vitro isolation of lymphocytes from diluted whole blood.

Poloxamer ist ein nichtionisches Reinigungsmittel, das Zellen vor hydrodynamischen Schäden schützt. Es kann auch zur In-vitro-Isolierung von Lymphozyten aus verdünntem Vollblut verwendet werden.
