Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody

For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.

Pozelimab is an investigational fully human monoclonal antibody, invented using Regeneron's proprietary VelocImmune technology, which aims to block the complement signaling pathway by binding to complement factor C5. It also prevents the destruction of red blood cells (hemolysis) that causes paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and other disease symptoms.
