Propargylamine is used in the synthesis of a chiral, a fluorescent macrocycle by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of propargyl amides of carbohydrate-linked amino acids and 9,10-bis(azidomethyl)anthracene. It acts as an intermediate in the production of drugs.

Anwendungen
Propargylamin wird bei der Synthese eines chiralen, fluoreszierenden Makrozyklus durch 1,3-dipolare Cycloaddition von Propargyl-Amiden kohlenhydratgekoppelter Aminosäuren und 9,10-bis(Azidomethyl)Anthrazol verwendet. Dient als Zwischenprodukt bei der Herstellung von Drogen.

Löslichkeit
Mischbar mit Wasser, Chloroform und Ethylacetat.

Hinweise
Hygroskopisch. Lichtempfindlich. Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Nicht kompatibel mit Säuren, sauren Chloriden, sauren Anhydriden, starken Oxidationsmitteln und Kohlendioxid.
