Description

The ReadyCount stains are benchtop-stable fluorescent reagents for the Countess II FL and 3 FL automated cell counters. They are ready-to-use to enable fast and easy automated counting of nucleated cells or isolated nuclei.

ReadyCount stains are fluorescent cell stains specifically optimized for use on the Countess II FL and Countess 3 FL automated cell counters. These benchtop-stable reagents are ready-to-use nuclear stains that can be mixed 1:1 with cell samples. They are designed for fast and easy counting of nucleated cells and isolated nuclei, enabling increased accuracy using fluorescence-based count mode when counting mixed cell populations or samples containing cellular debris.

  • Herkömmliche FITC- oder GFP-Filtersets wie der EVOS GFP Lichtwürfel sind zur Erregung und zum Nachweis von grünem Farbstoff geeignet, RFP oder Texas Red (TxR) Lichtwürfel für den roten Farbstoff für tote Zellen. Der grüne Farbstoff ist für lebende Zellen, der rote Farbstoff ist für tote Zellen.
