Thermo Scientific™ Remel™ PathoDX™ Respiratory Virus Panel Adenovirus-Reagenz

Human Adenoviruses are non-enveloped, double-stranded DNA viruses belonging to the family Adenoviridae. Adenovirus infections in adults are not significant, with the exception of infections in immunocompromised hosts and occasional outbreaks in military recruit populations^3,4.

• Easy to interpret – Fluorescence is nuclear, cytoplasmic, or both. Nuclear staining is uniformly bright, and cytoplasmic staining is often punctated.

Adenovirus Reagent (Yellow cap) is one dropper bottle containing 2.0 mL (approximately 40 tests) of fluorescein-labeled purified specific murine monoclonal antibodies, and Evans blue counterstain in a protein stabilized buffer solution, with 0.098% sodium azide as a preservative.
