Description

Sartorius Sartolab™ RF-Vakuumfiltereinheiten sind Einweg-Einheiten für die sterile Filtration einer Probe.

Bestehend aus:

  • einem graduierten Trichter mit einer Membran aus Polyethersulfon (PES), einem Vakuumadapter und einem Deckel
  • Eine Flasche mit Graduierung und Beschriftungsfeld
  • einem Schlauchverbinder für den Vakuumanschluss (für die freistehende Filtration)
  • Eine Schraubkappe zur Lagerung des Filtrats (einzeln verpackt, um Sterilität zu gewährleisten)

Vorteile:

  • Höchste Durchflussraten mit einem großen Filtrationsbereich
  • Kein Proteinverlust, da die Membran eine sehr geringe Proteinbindung aufweist
  • Niedriges Aufhaltevolumen durch optimierte Membranunterstützung
  • Kann als eigenständiges System oder mit der Sartolab™ MultiStation verwendet werden, die eine parallele Filtration von bis zu 6 Proben ermöglicht.
