Description

Sodium acetate buffer solution pH, 7.0 is been widely used in for precipitation of nucleic acids and preparation of gel stains for protein gel electrophoresis. Sodium acetate buffer solution is suitable for precipitation of DNA, elution of proteins and for use in molecular biology applications such as Chip-on-Chip assay and in vitro enzyme inhibition assay.

Anwendungen
Natriumacetat-Pufferlösung pH 7.0 wird häufig für die Fällung von Nukleinsäuren und die Herstellung von Gelfärbungen für die Protein-Gelelektrophorese verwendet. Die Natriumacetatpufferlösung eignet sich für die Fällung von DNA, die Elution von Proteinen und für den Einsatz in molekularbiologischen Anwendungen wie dem Chip-on-Chip-Assay und dem In-vitro-Enzymhemmungs-Assay.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (246 g/l bei20 °C) und Ethanol.

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln und Halogenen. Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Stabil unter empfohlenen Lagerbedingungen. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten. .
