Sodium phosphate buffer is used routinely in the life sciences. It is been also used for PEGylation of proteins at pH 7.4 and a concentration of 50 mM. Sodium phosphate buffer solution may be used in the preparation of a wide variety of phosphate based biological buffers for use in cell and molecular biology application.

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln und starken Säuren fernhalten.
