Descrizione
Broad spectrum protein kinase inhibitor Staurosporine is used as anti-fungal and anti-hypertensive, which results to study the anti-cancer treatment. It acts as a precursor to protein kinase inhibitor midostaurin. It is also used to induce cell death in Swiss Webster primary macrophage cells and to study the effect of caspase activation on human sperm quality.

Der breit gefächerte Proteinkinase-Inhibitor Staurosporin wird als Antimykotikum und Antihypertensivum eingesetzt, was zur Untersuchung der Krebsbehandlung führt. Er dient als Vorläufer des Proteinkinase-Inhibitors Midostarin. Er wird auch verwendet, um den Zelltod in den primären Makrophagezellen von Swiss Webster zu induzieren und die Wirkung der Caspase-Aktivierung auf die Qualität menschlicher Spermien zu untersuchen.
Löslichkeit
Löslich in DMSO oder Ethanol. Löslich in Dimethylsulfoxid, Dimethylformamid, Ethylacetat, heißem Aceton und Ethanol. Schwer löslich in Chloroform und Methanol. Unlöslich in Wasser.
Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
