Streptavidin, Allophycocyanin, vernetzt, konjugiert

Streptavidin ist ein Biotin-bindendes Protein bakteriellen Ursprungs, das nachweislich weniger unspezifisch bindet als Avidin. Alhophycocyanin ist ein intensiv helles Phycobiliprotein mit einem breiten Absorptionsprofil, das bei ∼650 nm Spitzen aufweist, und einem Fluoreszenz-Emissionmaximum von ∼660 nm.
