Beschreibung
Tantalum(V) ethoxide acts as a precursor used in the preparation of ultra thin films of tantalum oxide and other tantalum containing films, which finds application in semiconductors. It is also used to prepare tantalum oxide nanoparticles for the imaging cartilage.

Tantal(V)-ethoxid dient als Vorstufe für die Herstellung ultradünner Schichten von Tantaloxid und anderen Tantalfolien, die in Halbleitern Anwendung finden. Es wird auch zur Herstellung von Tantaloxid-Nanopartikeln für die Bildgebung von Knorpel verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Löslich in organischen Lösungsmitteln.
Hinweise
Feuchtigkeits- und luftempfindlich. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
