Universal Rat Reference RNA is an RNA extract used as a positive control in QuantiGene assays.

Universelle Ratten-Referenz-RNA ist ein RNA-Extrakt, der als Positivkontrolle in QuantiGene Assays verwendet wird. Die universelle Ratten-Referenz-RNA besteht aus Gesamt-RNA aus 14 Ratten-Zelllinien:

• Embryo, Dottersackkarzinom

• Brustdrüse, Adenokarzinom
• Muskel, Myoblast
• Haut, normal
• Hoden, Leydig-Zelltumor

Gleiche Mengen an mit DNase behandelter Gesamt-RNA aus jeder Zelllinie wurden gepoolt, um die universelle Kontrolle zu ermöglichen.
