Beschreibung
(3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane is useful in the formation of aminopropyl derivative of glass. It acts as an adsorbent for affinity chromatography. It is used to prepare positively charged slides suitable for use with various immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization procedures. In addition, it is used as adhesives and sealant chemicals, paint additives and coating additives. Further, it is used as a silylation reagent for coating glass and silica surfaces and to crosslink and immobilize proteins and other molecules.

(3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilan ist bei der Bildung von Aminopropylderivaten aus Glas nützlich. Es dient als Adsorptionsmittel für die Affinitätschromatographie. Es wird zur Vorbereitung positiv geladener Objektträger verwendet, die für die Verwendung mit verschiedenen immunhistochemischen und In-situ-Hybridisierungsverfahren geeignet sind. Darüber hinaus wird es als Klebstoff und Dichtmittelchemikalie, Farbadditiv und Beschichtungszusatz eingesetzt. Hinweise
Luft- und feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln, Säuren und Feuchtigkeit.
