4-Phenylazophenol is used to varnish, grease, paraffin wax, resin, soap kind of coloring. It is used in printing/solvent based writing inks. It is used for providing transparent metallic effects like gold imitation provided on metalized polyester films.

Anwendungen
4-Phenylazophenol wird zum Lackieren, Fetten, in Paraffinwachs und Harz sowie zur Färbung von Seife verwendet. Es wird in Druckfarben/lösungsmittelbasierten Schreibtinten verwendet. Es wird für transparente metallische Effekte wie Goldimitat auf metallisierten Polyesterfolien verwendet.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Aceton, Ethanol, Benzol und Ether. Unlöslich in Wasser.

Hinweise
Inkompatible Materialien sind Oxidationsmittel. Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten.
