5-Methyl-1H-tetrazole is used in the preparation of novel antifungal agents based derived from N-iodopropargylazoles and N-triiodoallylazoles. 5-Methyl Tetrazole also in the preparation of novel quinoline derivatives against mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Anwendungen
5-Methyl-1H-tetrazol wird bei der Herstellung neuartiger Antimykotika verwendet, die aus N-Iodpropargylazolen und N-Triiodallylazolen abgeleitet sind. 5-Methyltetrazole werden auch bei der Herstellung neuartiger Chinolin-Derivate gegen Mykobakterium tuberculosis eingesetzt.
