This antibody is predicted to react with human and some non-human primates based on 100% sequence homology. This antibody is specific for the ∽53 kDa p53 protein phosphorylated at Ser392 in Western blots of NIH 3T3 cell lysates. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as the antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide.
