Anwendungen
D-Prolin ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil von Kollagen und wichtig für das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren von Gelenken und Sehnen. Es wird auch als asymmetrischer Katalysator bei Prolin-organokatalytischen Reaktionen verwendet.

Löslichkeit
