Description

Diethylsilane is used as a precursor to prepare (3-allylsulfanyl-propyl)-diethyl-silane by using (Ph3P)3RhCl as reagent. It is also used in the chemical vapor deposition of SiO2 for microelectronics.

Anwendungen
Diethylsilan wird als Vorstufe zur Herstellung von (3-Allylsulfanyl-propyl)-Diethylsilan unter Verwendung von (Ph3P)3RhCl als Reaktionsmittel verwendet. Es wird auch bei der chemischen Dampfabscheidung von SiO2 für die Mikroelektronik verwendet.

Löslichkeit
Mischbar mit Terahydrofuran, Diethylether, 1,4-Dioxan und Benzol.

Hinweise
Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln, Basen, Sauerstoff und Wasser.
