Immunomagnetic isolation of untouched myeloid-derived suppressor cells (CD11b+Gr1+).

  • The EasySep™ Mouse MDSC (CD11b+Gr1+) Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD11b+Gr1+ myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection
  • Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with biotinylated antibodies directed against non-MDSCs and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™)
  • Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns
  • Desired cells are poured off into a new tube
  • Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell sorting, and cell culture
