Description

This buffer solution is used for eluting (dissociating) antibodies in various antibody purification procedures such as affinity purification of antibody using peptide coupled to a column. It is widely used as a buffer for a variety of immunological applications. Glycine is also used as an eluent in column chromatography. Glycine has been reported for use in the enzymatic determination of lactate using lactic dehydrogenase.

Anwendungen
Diese Pufferlösung wird für die Elution (Dissoziation) von Antikörpern in verschiedenen Antikörperaufreinigungsverfahren wie der Affinitätsreinigung von Antikörpern mit an eine Säule gekoppeltem Peptid verwendet. Es wird häufig als Puffer für eine Vielzahl immunologischer Anwendungen verwendet. Glycin wird auch als Eluent in der Säulenchromatographie verwendet. Glycin wurde zur Verwendung bei der enzymatischen Bestimmung von Lactat mit Milchdehydrogenase berichtet.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (100 mg/ml) und Aceton (schwer löslich). Unlöslich in Alkohol und Ether.

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Geöffnete Behälter müssen sorgfältig abgedichtet und aufrecht gehalten werden, um ein Auslaufen zu vermeiden. Empfohlene Lagertemperatur 2 – 8 °C
