Cytiva™ HyClone™ Peak Expression Medium

This medium supports high cell growth, high transfection efficiency, and robust viral production for a variety of AAV serotypes expressed in human embryonic kidney (HEK) cell lines. HyClone™ peak expression medium is an animal-derived-component free (ADCF), hydrolysate-free and regulatory-friendly cell culture medium. The versatility of this medium allows high transfection efficiency, consistent cell growth, high viable cell density, and high viral titers across many HEK 293 cell lines and AAV serotypes.
