Applications Tested: This Rat IgG2a Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Excitation: 405 nm; Emission: 445 nm; Laser: Violet Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications.
