Geeignet für die Transfektion von DNA und RNA in eukaryotische Zellen

DMRIE-C Transfektionsreagenz ist besonders wirksam für die Transfektion von Suspensionszellen (z. B. Jurkat) und anderen lymphoidbasierten Zelllinien. DMRIE-C kann auch für die In-vivo-Abgabe von DNA verwendet werden. DMRIE-C ist eine 1:1 (M/M) liposomale Formulierung aus dem kationischen Lipid DMRIE (1,2-Dimyristyloxy-propyl-3-dimethyl-hydroxy-ethyl-Ammoniumbromid) und Cholesterin in membrangefiltertem Wasser.
