For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
Obexelimab (XmAb5871) is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody that targets CD19 with its variable domain and uses the XmAb immune inhibitory Fc domain to target FcgammaRIIb, a receptor that inhibits B cell function. Obexelimab is the first pharmaceutical candidate to our knowledge that targets FcgammaRIIb inhibition.
