Melford PBS, 100 ml Tablets

PBS is a widely used buffer solution in biological and biochemical research. PBS serves as a versatile buffer for various applications, including cell culture, immunohistochemistry, protein and nucleic acid research, and diagnostic assays. It helps maintain a stable pH and osmolarity, providing optimal conditions for biological reactions and preserving the integrity of cells and biomolecules.

Each tablet contains pre-determined amounts of sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, and potassium phosphate monobasic. When dissolved in distilled water or a suitable solvent, the tablet dissolves, releasing the components, and instantly forms a ready-to-use PBS solution with a total volume of 100 ml.
