Rekombinantes Protein G – Sepharose™ B.

Rekombinantes Protein G wird in einem Stamm von E. coli hergestellt, der das Gen für Protein G aus Streptococcus sp. enthält. Dieses Produkt wird durch die kovalente Kupplung von hochgereinigtem rekombinanten Protein G an Sepharose™ 4B hergestellt. Es wird als 50%ige Suspension geliefert, die rekombinante Protein G-Sepharose™ 4B + PBS (10 mM phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung, pH 7,4 mit 0,1 % Proclin) enthält.

Anwendungen: Immunglobulin-Affinitätsaufreinigung und Immunpräzipitation

Rekombinantes Protein G bindet an die Fc-Region vieler Immunglobulin-G-Typen, darunter:

    Rekombinantes Protein G bindet nicht an IgG von Hühnern oder Katzen oder an humanes IgA, IgM oder Serumalbumin. Es bindet schwach an IgG vom Hund.
