Description

EasySep™ kit with RoboSep™ buffer and RoboSep™ filter tips

  • Isolate highly purified and magnetic particle-free CD3+ cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples in as little as 30 minutes
  • Using immunomagnetic positive selection, CD3+ cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated without columns using an EasySep magnet
  • Unwanted cells are poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube
  • Bound magnetic particles are then removed from the isolated CD3+ cells, which are immediately available for downstream use
  • For even higher efficiency, the process can be automated using RoboSep
  • This kit is designed for cell therapy research applications, but may be qualified for use as an ancillary material following the framework outlined in USP
  • STEMCELL Technologies can work with you to qualify this reagent as an ancillary material under an approved investigational new drug (IND) or clinical trial application (CTA)
