Tubulin-β, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody,Lab Vision™ Epredia™
Provide accurate, reproducible results with the Epredia™ Tubulin-β, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Marke: Epredia RB-9249-R7
Beschreibung
Microtubules, the major cytoskeletal elements found in all eukaryotic cells, consist of Tubulin, which is a dimer of two 55kDa subunits: α and Β. Microtubules play key roles in chromosome segregation in mitosis, intracellular transport, ciliary and flagellar bending, and structural support of the cytoskeleton.Host Species: Rabbit
Isotype: IgG
Species Reactivity: Human, Cow, Pig, Rat, Mouse, Guinea Pig, Gerbil, Frog, Chicken, Yeast, Fungi, Sea Urchin, Myxamoeba and Plasmodium.
Epitope: aa 416-430
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide derived from aa 416-430 of human tubulin-β
Molecular Weight: 55kDa
Positive Control: MAD109 cells, MCF-7 cells, skin or lung
Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic This antibody does not cause the 10nm filaments to collapse into large lateral aggregates collecting in the cell periphery or tight juxtanuclear caps. It does not block microtubule assembly. Ab-3 does not inhibit polymerization or depolymerization of platelet tubulin in vitro. It blocks (by 70-80%) the ability of tubulin dimers (with GppNHp bound) to promote a stable inhibition of adenylyl cyclase.
Recommended for:
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin)
- Western Blotting
- Immunoprecipitation
